BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can Campbell's vegetable soup (alphabet soup)
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. mashed potatoes

In skillet, brown beef and cook celery and onion until tender; stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soup and salt. Spoon into baking dish; top with thin sliced cheese (optional). Mound potatoes around edges of dish, leaving opening in center. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
