BELL PEPPER DRESSING 
6 lg. peppers
1 reg. onion
8 slices bread
2 lb. good ground meat
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 lg. c. Romano Italian cheese
1 sm. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs

Dice peppers and onions. Cook until peppers are really soft. Add ground meat and cook until done. (Have bread soaking and strained.) Lower fire then add 2 eggs stir, soaked bread stir, 1/2 can Italian cheese stir, 1 cup Italian bread crumbs; stir. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mixture should be dried, if not add more bread crumbs. Pan and bake at 350 degrees until well hot. (I add more cheese and garlic powder for better taste.)
