CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

To chicken broth add:

2 med. size cans chow mein vegetables
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 bag sugar peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery, diced

Serve hot over cooked rice, top with chow mein noodles and soy sauce.
