PECAN TURTLE BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix with beater. Pack in ungreased 9"x13" cake pan. Sprinkle on 1 cup pecan halves.

CARAMEL LAYER:

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook until boiled. Pour over crust and pecan halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle on 1 cup of milk chocolate chips after removing from oven.
