1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
Nuts (optional)

Bring to a boil first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Combine with first 3 ingredient mixture. Add eggs, soda, and sour cream. Beat well. Pour into greased cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

For Frosting: Bring, butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Add powdered sugar; beat until creamy. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
