CAULIFLOWER - BROCCOLI CRUNCH 
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 lb. broccoli, broken into flowerets
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and onion; toss well. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour over vegetables; toss gently. Cover and chill 4 hours. Yield 10 servings.
