KEY LIME PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 egg yolks
1 egg white
1/2 c. lime juice
Graham cracker pie crust
Cool Whip

Beat egg white until stiff. Mix Eagle Brand milk, egg yolks and lime juice together; fold in egg white. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in moderate oven for 7 to 8 minutes. Allow to cool; spread Cool Whip on top, sealing all edges. Refrigerate, then serve.
