LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant pudding, lemon flavor
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 graham cracker pie crust

Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add pudding and stir just until blended. Pour into pie shell. If desired top may be sprinkled with finely chopped nuts or finely crushed graham cracker crumbs. Chill until firm.
