GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. steak
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. onion
4 green peppers, diced
1 c. celery
1 c. beef bouillon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. soy sauce

Cut partially frozen steak into 1/4 inch diagonal slivers in a fry pan. Place oil, salt, and pepper in pan. Add onions, garlic, peppers, celery, and bouillon after meat has browned. Cover with tight fitting lid and cook over low heat. Mix cornstarch, water, and soy sauce; add to mixture and cook until juice thickens. Serve over hot rice.
