CHEESE SPINACH PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 lb. pkg. sliced Muenster cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
Garlic powder
9-inch non-stick pie pan

Precook spinach and drain well. In mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped onion, egg, and flavor with garlic powder according to your liking. After draining spinach well, mix in with other ingredients.

Layer 9-inch pie pan with 4 to 5 slices Muenster cheese enough to cover bottom of pan. Pour in mixture to pan, then layer the top with another 4 to 5 slices Muenster cheese enough to cover pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Let stand 5 to 10 minutes after removing from oven, pie will harden slightly in order to cut, 6 to 8 pieces. Great with main course or just by itself.
