SAUSAGE STUFFING 
Stuffs a 12 pound bird.

8 c. bread, cubed
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped onion or as much as desired
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. sausage, browned (remove drippings)
2 tsp. Bells poultry seasoning (if using another poultry seasoning, lessen amount of ground pepper)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper (fresh ground is better)
1 c. chicken broth
1 egg, slightly beaten

Melt butter in skillet, add onion and celery, saute until tender. Add browned sausage. Toss to combine. Remove from heat and add to bread crumbs. Add seasonings, chicken broth and beaten egg. Mix well. Chill. Stuff and cook bird as usual.
