CAKE BATTER:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

CRUMBS:

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter

Combine ingredients for cake batter and mix until smooth. Spread cake batter in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 pan which has been greased and floured.

Mix ingredients for crumbs with hands until crumbly and sprinkle on cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool.
