LEMON CHESS PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon rind (optional)
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal. Then add eggs, one at a time. Then add melted butter, milk and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
