PORK CHOPS AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen O'Brien potatoes (thawed)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can Durky French Fried Onions

Brown pork chops in skillet then set aside. Combine soup, milk and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into baking dish. Arrange pork chops over mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes then top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
