GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. dumpling noodles (cooked and drained)
2 lbs. ground beef (browned)
1 sm. onion (chopped)
4 outer stalks celery (chopped) (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt, pepper and bread crumbs on top

Melt cheese and butter in the milk. In a mixing bowl put ground beef, cooked noodles, onion, celery. Pour cheese mixture over and stir in the cream of mushroom soup. Stir all together and pour in 9x13 buttered pan or baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake 325 degrees until golden brown.
