LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. presifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
Sugar

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Combine flour and baking soda. Sift into egg mixture alternately with 1/2 cup of lemonade concentrate. Drop by teaspoonful, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for about 8 minutes at 400 degrees or until edges are lightly browned.

Remove from oven. Brush lightly with remaining concentrate and sprinkle with sugar. Cool on wire rack. Makes 7 dozen.
