ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. flour

Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix oil and seasonings; pour over chicken. Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning chicken occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and dip into flour, paprika mixture. Bake in single layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
