ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Dried rosemary
Dried oregano
Dried basil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Place chicken breasts in shallow pan, preferably on a trivet. Heavily coat with garlic powder. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Heavily sprinkle with rosemary, then with a lesser amount of oregano and basil. Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of pan. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until done.
