CALIFORNIA COLESLAW 
Combine 1 small head cabbage (shredded), 1 small white onion (chopped), 1 each green pepper, red pepper (chopped), 1 small carrot (grated), 3 tablespoons minced parsley.

DRESSING:

1 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Pour mixed dressing over slaw. This keeps for several days in refrigerator.
