FRUIT PIZZA
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick), melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, mandarin oranges, grapes, etc.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine the flour, confectioners' sugar and butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 12 inch buttered pizza pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.

While the crust bakes, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread evenly over the baked, partially cooled pizza coat. Top with assorted fresh fruits.

Make a glaze by mixing the sugar and cornstarch well. Gradually add the liquids. Cook in a saucepan until the mixture thickens. Drizzle over the pizza and chill. Serves 4-6.
