POTATOES O'BRIEN 
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, cheese and 1/2 cup butter. Put into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Then mix corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
