BEER MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. bottle catsup
1 (12 oz.) bottle of beer

Mix meats, seasonings and crumbs together and shape into tiny balls. Place in electric fry pan and pour catsup and beer over them. Simmer, covered on lowest heat for 4 hours or may be put in covered casserole in a 250 degree oven. Refrigerate overnight. Scoop off hardened fat and reheat when ready to serve.
