MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 lb. fresh green beans, washed and cut diagonally into bite size pieces 1 lg. fresh mushrooms, washed, stems trimmed and sliced 1 med. head cauliflower, washed and trimmed and cut into bite size pieces 8 oz. of your favorite Italian salad dressing Combine all ingredients into a airtight leak-proof container. Refrigerate and turn at least twice a day for 3 days. This is a wonderful salad to take camping or on picnics. Above vegetables can be substituted with your favorite ones. |
