CAJUN CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 lb. Cajun sausage
2 (1 lb.) cans (4 c.) tomatoes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans S&W chili beans in zesty sauce

Brown hamburger and onion. Brown sausage separately. Place both meats in strainer and drain well. Combine meat and all ingredients except chili beans.

Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add chili beans with sauce and cook just until heated. Serve with grated cheese.
