CAJUN CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz.) bbq beans
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) cajun style stewed tomatoes or Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

In Dutch oven brown meat with onions, green peppers and garlic then drain. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili seasonings. Mix well then add hot pepper sauce.

Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes then salt and pepper to taste.
