BIRTHDAY CHEESECAKE 
FILLING:

5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. heavy cream

COOKIE DOUGH CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. butter

Mix flour, sugar, egg yolks, and butter. Pat half of mixture into bottom of large springform pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until light brown. Cool, put remaining dough around sides, sealing bottom well.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Blend in flour, vanilla, then eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Stir in heavy cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 475 degrees for first 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 200 to 225 degrees for 45-60 minutes until center is set. Turn off oven, but leave in oven to cool to room temperature. (Slow cooking will help prevent cake from cracking.) Refrigerate.
