CHICKEN CRUNCH 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. sliced celery
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
2 c. chow mein noodles
2 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
1 can French fried onions (save some for top)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Some onions from above for on top.
