YOGURT PANCAKES 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. plain yogurt
1 - 1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. melted butter (or less)

1. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, sugar and salt.

2. Combine yogurt, milk and eggs. Stir in butter. Pour liquids into flour mixture, mixing just until dampened.

3. Pour 1/4 cup batter on hog greased griddle. Make 16 pancakes, 4 1/2".
