MOCK SOUR CREAM PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 lg. eggs

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix together yogurt and buttermilk and beat in the eggs. Stir into flour mixture. If you wish, ad 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter. Cook on a medium hot griddle. Amount of pancakes depends on size you make.
