SOUR CREAM PANCAKES 
1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. and 2 tbsp. flour, unsifted all purpose
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix well. Mix eggs with cream and buttermilk and add to dry ingredients. Drop by tablespoonfuls on greased 375 degree griddle. Keep pancakes small; they are very rich.
