NO - KNEAD ROLLS 
2 c. milk, scalded
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
8 c. flour

Scald milk then cool to room temperature. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, sugar, oil, salt and soda. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and stir. Cover and let rise on counter overnight.

Next morning work dough on floured surface to form an oblong roll. Divide roll into 6 pieces. Roll out each piece to 10 inch round. Cut into 12 pie wedges. Roll each wedge from outer edge in and tuck end under roll. Put on greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 6 dozen.
