NO KNEAD CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 c. cool water
4 pkgs. yeast
2 eggs
8 c. flour

Mix the first four ingredients. Cool to lukewarm with cool water. Add yeast. Mix well and blend in eggs. Add flour and mix. Roll out and spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Roll and cut. Place on greased pan. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix 1 stick butter, 3 ounce package cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Mix together well. Frost while still slightly warm.
