NO KNEAD REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt, and 1/2 of the flour. Beat thoroughly 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening. Beat in the rest of the flour gradually until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth. Place in refrigerator. Punch down occasionally as dough rises.

About 2 hours before baking, cup off amount needed - shape while cold into rolls. Place rolls on baking sheet - let rise until light. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 22-24 rolls.
