OVERNIGHT LAYER GREEN SALAD 
1 med. head Iceberg lettuce, chilled, torn
1 bunch fresh green onions
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts (optional)
1/2 of each: red pepper and green pepper, seeded
2 stalks celery
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Birdseye frozen peas
3/4 lb. crisp fried bacon
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tomatoes

Layer in order. Then mix together:

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Spread over top of salad. Set in refrigerator overnight.
