CHEESE BALL 
2 (2 1/2 oz.) pkgs. dried beef, chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Few dashes celery salt & parsley flakes

Save 1/2 chopped beef to roll ball in when mixed. Mix all other ingredients together well, except the 1/2 beef saved and parsley flaked. Form a ball and roll in beef and parsley flakes, refrigerate or freeze.
