BARBECUE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. pork sausage
5 oz. evaporated milk
2 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring

Mix meat, milk, oatmeal, salt, pepper and chili powder well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in baking pan in single layers.

For sauce, mix ketchup, garlic powder, sugar, onion and liquid smoke. Pour over meat balls and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
