BARBECUE TURKEY MEAT BALLS
(Diet)
 
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. crushed saltines or oat bran
1/2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. vinegar
1 med. onion, diced
1 c. ketchup
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix ground turkey, oat bran, milk and salt. Form into balls. Place in casserole. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
