SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. flour
Oil
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. steak sauce

Cut meat into serving portions. Season meat with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Heat oil in skillet; brown meat on both sides. Remove meat from skillet. Brown onions in a minute or so. Alternate meat and onion in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
