GINGERED PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 med. onion, sliced
Green pepper strips

Place oil, soy sauce, water, vinegar and cornstarch in skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, ginger, onions and peppers. Simmer. Add meat and continue simmering until done. Serve over rice.
