APRICOT DELIGHT 
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. box apricot Jello
2 sm. jars apricot baby food
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chilled evaporated milk
Crushed pecans

Combine pineapple, sugar and Jello in a saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cream cheese and baby food; heat until cheese is smooth. Remove from heat and chill. Whip milk until stiff peaks form. Fold milk into Jello mixture. Top with crushed pecans. Chill before serving.
