SAUSAGE-POTATO SOUP | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 3 tbsp. flour 3 c. sliced uncooked potatoes 1-2 carrots and/or celery 2 med. onions, sliced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seeds (optional) 3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley 2-3 c. milk Brown sausage; drain. Add flour. Cook potatoes, combine with sausage and simmer with all vegetables. Before serving, add grated cheese to taste. |
