FRUITY TOOTIE SMOOTHIE 
12 oz. pop (either Vernors or Red pop)
1 c. crushed ice
2 or 3 scoops your favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt
1/2 tsp. Equal

Add the ice cream and yogurt and Equal to the pop and ice. Then whatever you would like: strawberries, bananas, peaches, plums. Mix on high in a blender or smoothie machine until nice and smooth. If not getting smooth, add another can of pop. Pour into glass and drink with a straw.

Caution: Do not drink so fast. You could get freezer burn around your headache.
