GREEN GODDESS DIP 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
2 tbsp. snipped chives
1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. To serve, garnish with additional snipped chives. Serve with fresh vegetable spears or with dip style chips.
