PINWHEELS 
1 pkg. lg. size (8-inch) flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
4 oz. chopped black olives
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green onions (chop entire onion)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Extra chunky thick salsa (optional)

Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and salsa, together. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon on each tortilla, roll up tight, like a jelly roll. Chill.

Before serving, slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Serve plain or with salsa as dip.
