ITALIAN FLAT JELLO | |
3 oz. lime Jello 3 oz. lemon Jello 3 oz. strawberry Jello 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 6 oz. cream cheese 9 1/2" corning dish Add 1 cup hot water to lime Jello. Stir to dissolve. Strain pineapple from juice and enough water to juice to make 1 cup, add to lime Jello. Pour into corning dish. Refrigerate until Jello just starts to set, then add remaining crushed pineapple. Refrigerate. Add 1 cup hot water to lemon Jello, chunk cream cheese and add to lemon Jello, mix with hand beater until foamy also add 1/3 cup water to lemon Jello. After the lime Jello is totally set pour lemon Jello mixture on top and refrigerate. Prepare strawberry Jello according to package directions, cool completely and pour on top of lemon Jello after it is completely set. Refrigerate. Garnish with fresh spearmint or strawberries. |
