OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. almonds, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients. Add oats, chips and nuts last. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
