BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup

Thaw broccoli; mix all ingredients together. Grease a 9 x 11 inch glass baking dish. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
