DIG DEEP SALAD 
1 head lettuce
2 med. red onions
1-2 green peppers, sliced
3-4 celery stalks, chopped
10 oz. frozen peas, uncooked
2 c. mayo
Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, boiled
4 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
1-2 tomatoes, sliced

Layer first 6 ingredients in serving dish in order beginning with lettuce. Spread mayo over top layer to cover. Sprinkle with cheese. Do not mix. Refrigerate 24 hours. Forty five minutes before serving, garnish with sliced eggs, bacon and tomato. Serves 12 to 15.
