KIM'S PASTA SALAD | |
Great for potlucks and large get-togethers! 1 (16 oz.) box Rotini noodles 1 (15 oz.) can pitted medium black olives, drained 1 pkg. pepperoni slices 1 (16 oz.) pkg. of Colby-jack block cheese (Colby & Monterey) 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli, cut up 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower, cut up 1 (12 oz.) bottle of zesty Italian dressing Boil noodles as directed on box. Drain and wash with cold water until noodles are cold. Assemble all ingredients and add the Italian Dressing last. Stir and refrigerate (covered) at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
