1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions
Salt and pepper to taste
8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spray a casserole dish with PAM. Layer all the potatoes in casserole. Top with slightly browned ground beef and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours, covered. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to oven, uncovered and bake for 1/4 hour more.
